MOTION - Proposed By John Boyle
I move that a dues increase equal to the cost of living, per lot, per year, be collected beginning for the year 2008 and each year after, for a period of five years. After the five year period, the motion shall be brought back to the Corporate Body for reconsideration.

This increase to be based on the United States Consumer Price Index for the previous year.
